At CFStudy LLC, we want you to feel confident booking our educational travel programs. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations are available for our programs booked via our website or directly with us. By booking, you agree to this policy.

Cancellation by You
More Than 60 Days Before Program Start: If you cancel 60+ days before the program begins, you’ll receive a full refund minus a $200 non-refundable deposit (covers administrative costs).

30–59 Days Before Program Start: You’ll receive a 50% refund of the program fee (minus the $200 deposit). Some third-party costs (e.g., pre-booked accommodations) may also be non-refundable.

Less Than 30 Days Before Program Start: No refunds are available, as we’ve committed to program costs like guides, lodging, and activities.

How to Cancel: Submit a written request via email to [email protected] or mail to 800 E Dimond Blvd #240, Anchorage, AK 99515. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.

Program Cancellation: If we cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment, safety concerns, or unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters), you’ll receive a full refund, including the deposit.

Program Changes: If we significantly alter a program’s itinerary, dates, or core components, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another program of equal value. Minor changes (e.g., substituting an activity) do not qualify.

Force Majeure: We’re not liable for cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., political unrest, pandemics, weather). We’ll offer a credit for a future program or a refund minus non-recoverable costs.

No-Show or Early Departure If you fail to attend the program or leave early (voluntarily or due to non-compliance with rules), no refunds or credits are available. This includes missing portions of the program due to personal reasons or invalid travel documents.

Travel Insurance We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, or trip interruptions. You’re responsible for arranging your own insurance, as it’s not included in our program fees.

Refunds for Website Purchases For digital purchases (e.g., downloadable travel guides), refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the product is unused. Contact us at [email protected] to request.
Non-Refundable Items Certain costs, like visa application fees, third-party bookings (e.g., flights, specific activities), or custom program materials, are non-refundable once incurred, even if you cancel early.

Processing Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as a credit for future programs (your choice, if applicable).

Processing may take 14–30 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Any bank or transaction fees are your responsibility and may be deducted from the refund.
Disputes If you believe a refund was incorrectly denied, contact us at +1 907-865-0468 or [email protected]. We’ll review your case within 10 business days. Disputes are governed by Alaska law, with resolution in Anchorage courts.

Changes to This Policy We may update this policy to reflect changes in our operations or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on our website, and we’ll notify you if significant changes affect your booking.
