Welcome to CFStudy LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, booking of our educational travel programs, and participation in our services. By accessing our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use our services.

Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to book our programs or use our website independently.

Participants under 18 require parental or guardian consent, and some programs may have additional age or eligibility requirements (e.g., academic prerequisites).

Booking and Payments
Booking Process: To reserve a spot, complete the booking form and pay the required deposit or full amount. Bookings are confirmed only upon payment.
Payment Terms: Full payment is due 60 days before the program start date. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, or other methods specified at booking.
Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns). We’ll notify you promptly.

User Conduct You agree to:
Provide accurate information during booking or account creation.
Use our website and services lawfully and respectfully.

Not attempt to harm our systems (e.g., hacking, introducing viruses). We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms.
Program Participation

Safety and Compliance: You must follow our guides’ instructions, local laws, and program rules. Failure to comply may result in removal from the program without refund.

Health Requirements: You’re responsible for ensuring you’re physically and mentally fit for the program. Some programs require medical clearance or vaccinations.

Travel Documents: You must obtain valid passports, visas, or other required documents. We’re not responsible for entry denials due to invalid documents.

Intellectual Property All content on our website (e.g., text, images, logos) is owned by CFStudy LLC or our partners. You may not copy, distribute, or use it without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, emotional distress) arising from our services.

We’re not responsible for events beyond our control, like natural disasters, political unrest, or third-party service failures.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the program.

Indemnity You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, or damages arising from your actions, breach of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

Termination We may terminate your access to our services for violating these Terms, engaging in unsafe behavior, or failing to meet payment obligations. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Alaska, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Anchorage, Alaska.

Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We’ll notify you via email or the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
